Our Lunch with Mayor Bloomberg!

Old Westbury Radio reporter Stanley Talouis asking Mayor Bloomberg a question with Catalyst editor Steve Davis.

The mayor gave the keynote address at Old Westbury's International Partnership Awards Luncheon on Wednesday, May 24, at the Crest Hollow Country Club, Woodbury, New York. The mayor's address was recorded for webcast on Old Westbury Radio. Mayor Bloomberg was introduced by President Calvin Butts.

Here's what the college website had to say about the event:
SUNY College at Old Westbury President Calvin O. Butts, III, welcomed a crowd of 350 people yesterday to the 14th Annual International Partnership Awards Luncheon to hear a keynote address by New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg and to honor the work of Reckson Associates Realty Corporation and Scott Rechler, the company's chairman and chief executive officer.

The luncheon, which raises funds to support the College's study abroad and international education programs, was expected to generate gross revenues of $125,000 to the Old Westbury College Foundation, Inc., the not-for-profit organization that raises funds to support the College's academic and student service offerings.
